Broiled Tomatoes Basil Firm, ripe tomatoes
Olive oil
Salt
Black pepper
Crumbled basil
Marjoram
Creole seasoning
Sugar
Seasoned or buttered bread crumbs
Fresh Parmesan cheese, grated
Slice tomatoes in half. Drizzle lightly with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, basil, marjoram, Creole seasoning, a tiny bit of surgar, and bread crumbs. Top with cheese and bake at 350 until tender.
