My Greenhouse Orchids    

I love orchids! For a long time I wouldn't try them, thinking they were very difficult ... but I was pleasantly surprised. I have just a small collection, and they seem to like the greenhouse, even in the heat. Here are a couple of my favorite varieties in full bloom.

"Phalaenopsis"
This is probably my favorite...I love the blooms, and,
extending up above the plant, they are so very striking.

"Cattleya"
This is one of the easiest, and for me, the most faithful.
This one blooms every year, sometimes twice.
Orchid blooms last a very long time.
