Photos from the Garden

' The camera is an instrument that teaches
people how to see without a camera.'
~ Dorthea Lange

I love keeping my camera close, and try to most of the time. These photos are some of my favorites, for different reasons. They were all taken either at home, or not far away. I have only put one or two to a page to hasten loading, and at the bottom of each page is a handy little index so you can select what you like. I will be adding new photos as I make them, so if you enjoy these, please check back sometimes.
For those interested in this sort of thing, my camera is an older model manual Pentax K1000. Yes, I am constantly looking at the 'new and improved' . . .
I just can't give up the old way. -- Yet.

Rainbow 4-02

Who can resist a rainbow ... especially a double.
I took it from my yard, it was still sprinkling rain.
